    Program Objectives

    1. To describe current, relevant, molecular and cell biology discoveries, highlighting how these insights impact our understanding of the pathogenesis and treatment of cancer
    2. To describe and interpret new genetic technologies in the assessment of hereditary gynecologic cancers
    3. To describe the principles of MR-guided interstitial radiotherapy
    4. To apply the principles of MR-guided interstitial radiotherapy in the treatment of regionally advanced gynecologic cancers
    5. To critically appraise the results of new radiotherapy trials in the management of endometrial cancer
    6. To examine the effect of long surgical wait times on cancer outcomes and the gynecologic cancer patient experience
    7. To summarize the practical aspects of prescribing medical marijuana
    8. To understand the importance of fear of recurrence in the gynecologic cancer patient experience
    9. To review the unique side effects of immunotherapy
    10. To evaluate response to immunotherapy by discussing IR RECIST criteria
    11. To update evidence on the use of dose dense chemotherapy for ovarian cancer
    12. To understand the reasoning behind tumour testing for BRCA prior to germline testing
    13. To describe new systemic therapies and discuss their role in the management of gynecologic cancer treatment
