Errata: Abridged printed version Q14, 3rd paragraph: “The quadrivalent and nonavalent vaccines are also indicated for males aged 9–26 (original text states 9–45) years for the prevention of genital warts, anal cancer and AIN caused by HPV types 6, 11, 16, and 18 (quadrivalent vaccine) and types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52 and 58 (nonavalent).
